“A gleaming, shimmering, electro-disco romp” was how one music journalist described Icehouse Project’s unashamed assault on the UK gig circuit.

Starting out raw and experimental and ending up polished and expertly produced, the massive vocal driven sound is a welcome change in the face of modern dance.

Formed by founder member and charismatic front man Dan Bryan, IHP also features James Hockley of Platinum album selling artists "Chicane", original superstar DJ/Producer Paul Dakeyne (DMC/Manifesto etc) & some very talented backing singers, the collective has really evolved into a hybrid of talent, guaranteeing a rich source of fresh blood whenever it’s needed.

Influences from their peers have been allowed to flow freely and the result on their debut album ‘Electrosexual’ is actually something quite unique. Whether it’s the combination of the girls and Dan vocally or the vast electronic musical soundscape created by James and Paul’s deftly woven production magic, the Icehouse Project sound is very distinctive.

From the throbbing pulse of ‘To Magnifica’ to the full on electric pop that is ‘Teach Me & I'll Learn’, Icehouse Project is a powerful combination of classic pop songwriting, & commercial tunes that will pull you on the dancefloor (as well as seeing you grab that hairbrush in front of the mirror at home),

IHP release "Teach me & I'll Learn" on Loverush Digital in the Spring & are currently writing their first album to be released on the same label in late '09...
